Client Agreement & Booking Policy
By booking a session with I AM DIVINE Healing Arts, you enter a sacred space rooted in presence, integrity, and ancient wisdom. This work is offered in the spirit of balance, discernment, and compassionate services, honoring the lineage of King Salomon. Please read the following with care and acknowledgment:
Nature of Services
Energetic Healing and Reiki sessions are holistic, complementary practices intended to support relaxation, harmony within the body, mind and energetic field. These services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or or therapeutic care. I do not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or guarantee specific outcomes.
Personal Responsibility & Inner Authority
Healing unfolds according to divine timing and personal readiness. While I serve as a facilitator, you remain sovereign in your healing journey, and results may vary from person to person. You agree to take full responsibility for your well-being before, during, and after each session.
Medical & Professional Care
Energetic healing may be received alongside medical or mental health care but is not a substitute for professional treatment. Please continue to seek support from licensed healthcare providers when needed.
Booking & Energy Exchange
- Sessions are booked in advance and reserved intentionally for you.
- Deposit of $25 is due at time of booking to reserve your session. Remaining balance is due at the completion of the service.
- Session offerings and pricing are listed clearly on the website and may shift as the practice evolves.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your session.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of $25 deposit, as this time has been held in sacred order.
- $25 deposit may be used towards future services when rescheduling before the late- cancel window.
- If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to honor other scheduled appointments.
- To honor the energetic exchange of each booking, refunds are not available. Unused credit may be applied to future sessions within one year of purchase.
Consent
By booking a session, you confirm that:
- You are participating voluntarily
- You understand the nature of Energetic Healing / Reiki
- You consent to receive these services in the alignment with your highest good
Confidentiality
All personal information shared during sessions is kept confidential and will not be shared without your permission, except where required by law. This space is guided by integrity, discretion, and compassionate presence.
